What it does

The seal sits in your XRPL wallet. A site can ask whether this wallet holds a SIGIL and whether this email confirmed it. That is the signature. Verified, a licensed check, comes later.

What stays private

This is not a profile. SIGIL does not put your name, photo, or ID on a chain. The email is checked, then kept with the seal. There is no page about you for other people to open.

Other NFT networks

The seal itself is minted on XRPL. The face can be an NFT you already hold on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Solana, XRPL, or another chain. That NFT stays where it is. SIGIL records it. It does not move it.

Bring an NFT you already own, design one, or let SIGIL draw it from your email and wallet. The seal itself is still minted on XRPL. A token from another chain stays where it is and is linked, not moved.
